The stories are guaranteed to be non-stimulating, and take place in our exclusive fictional universe. On our channel "Boring Fiction for Sleep" you will find daily non-stimulating stories that takes place in an exclusive fictional setting. The stories are short, and afterwards you can listen to the gentle sound of ambient noise and rain for up to 7 hours. The numbers of the channel are small because our content is deliberately anti-viral.

This is not another notification stream. The Silent Watchers Discord is a carefully curated, low-volume refuge for those committed to a minimalist approach to digital life and sleep hygiene. There is a post-delay so hyper-activity is impossible.
No one wants another commitment. So we fully get it that you are very protective of your limited time and resources. Sleep is slightly different though: it has to do with everyone, and insights on sleep are still evolving.
